We keep our pricing transparent, so there are no surprises.
By New York State law, in-person notarization costs $2 per notarial signature.
In addition to the notary fee, we charge a travel fee based on your location, the time of day, and whether it's a weekday or weekend.

Additional Info & Policies
  • Travel Fees: Due at the time of booking and non-refundable.

  • Notary Fees: The $2 per signature fee is collected at the time of your appointment.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance. Travel fees are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

  • If We Can’t Complete the Notarization: If we’re unable to proceed due to missing or invalid ID, an unwilling signer, or another issue outside our control, the travel fee still applies—even if no document is notarized.

  • Printing Services: If you need us to print your documents, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $1 for the first page and 50¢ per additional page.

  • Want to Skip the Travel Fees? We Get It: We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) via secure video call. It’s $25 for the first document, plus $5 for each additional notarization during the same session. ☕️ We also host weekly pop-up signings at local coffee shops across Brooklyn and Queens—usually on Wednesdays.
