Additional Info & Policies
Travel Fees: Due at the time of booking and non-refundable. We accept all forms of digital payment (PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, etc.).
Notary Fees: The $2 per signature fee is collected at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance. Travel fees are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.
If We Can’t Complete the Notarization: If we’re unable to proceed due to missing or invalid ID, an unwilling signer, or another issue outside our control, the travel fee is still non-refundable—even if no document is notarized.
Printing Services: If you need us to print your documents, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $1 for the first page and 50¢ per additional page.

$48 mobile travel fee (starting rate*) + $2 for the first notarized signature
Each additional notarized signature: $2 each
*Travel fees increase based on distance, time of day, and urgency.

💻 Remote Online Notarization (RON)
We offer secure, New York State (NYS)-Compliant online notarization.
We can notarize documents for signers anywhere in the world
✅ $25 flat rate, which includes the first notarized signature
Each additional notarized signature: $5 each
For RON, we utilize Notarize by Proof, a secure, NYS-compliant platform.
