2. Not Legal Advice

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter, or accept fees for legal advice. Nothing on this website or during an appointment constitutes legal advice. Please contact a licensed attorney or your local bar association for legal matters.

4. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. We reserve the right to decline or stop any notarization if identification cannot be verified, if the signer does not appear willing and aware, or if the notarization would not comply with New York State law. Prepaid travel fees are not refunded in these circumstances.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please text us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Travel fees already paid are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment in question. We are not responsible for the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or effect of the documents you present for notarization.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information. We may update these terms, our pricing, and our services at any time; the version posted here applies.
